Two-Coat Ceramic Package
Our comprehensive Two-Coat Ceramic Package begins with your traditional detailing services, including a professional washing and clay bar decontamination of the exterior of the aircraft, excluding the underside of the wings and belly. Much like the Spray Ceramic Coating Package we offer, we need to remove those same contaminants, fallout, and overspray with this detailing work to ensure your ceramic coating adheres effectively.
Includes Two Stage Polishing
A single-stage polish is then applied to these same areas, followed by a second stage polish that includes the exterior of the windows. In doing so, it enhances clarity and depth while eliminating scratches and swirls that were present. After all of that polishing, all residue is carefully removed using an eraser and alcohol panel wipe. For long-lasting protection, we furnish and install a pro-grade ceramic coating on the entire exterior of the aircraft, with the exception of the TKS panels and windows.
To follow that, a second top coat of EXO Ceramic Coating is applied over the initial ceramic coating. The windows receive special attention with an installation of Ceramic Pro Glass Ceramic, rated for both polycarbonate and plexiglass windows. Finally, the interior is thoroughly vacuumed and detailed using leather and interior cleaner on all surfaces except the windows and the PFD and MFD displays, which are cleaned with approved glass cleaner. To complete the service, leather conditioner is applied to all leather surfaces.

Spray Ceramic Coating Package
At Elivate Aircraft, our Spray Ceramic Coating Package starts simple - We wash and decontaminate the entire exterior of the aircraft. By using belly soap on the entire belly to remove oil residue, we move into using a clay mitt on the rest of the exterior, excluding the underside of the wings and belly.
Once we have effectively removed all contaminants, fallout, and overspray, we follow up with a single-stage polish on those same areas to enhance the aircraft's shine. For your windows, a second-stage polish is administered to remove any scratches and swirls, thereby improving surface clarity and visibility while flying. All polish residue is then meticulously stripped off using an eraser and alcohol panel wipe while we also use an approved plexiglass cleaner with an ultra-plush microfiber towel to ensure that both the exterior and interior windows are immaculate.
Now we move to the interior, where we vacuum and detail the entire space, employing specialized leather and interior cleaner on all surfaces except the windows and the Primary Flight Display (PFD) and Multi-Function Display (MFD). For these displays, we use approved glass cleaner. Finally, we apply leather conditioner to all leather surfaces to complete the polishing process, leaving your aircraft looking as good as new.
